I went to Pedder Nissan in Hemet to test drive a couple of cars that I had found online. I came in looking for a used car that got great gas mileage. I had a set budget and was firm. Stu helped me out and without any pressure, showed me what they had in the used section. Then he mentioned a new Versa. I didn't think that I would be able to get a new car in my budget, but he helped me out and I am now in a Versa.

I took my car for usual oil change. I was recommended to change the break fuild, rotors and break pads. We declined as the car was already seen checked for these prior to taking it for a simple oil change. Car was picked up, as we drive off the break almost gave out almost casusing an accident. We take it to another location for inspection and left side of the break pads were 6 millimeters and right side were 2 millimeters. I was informed it was very uneven and right side did not match the left side at all and looked like ...

Staff is helpful and does not push unnecessary services but tells you what you can choose to do and what is recommended at your cars mileage. Patient in explaining things and not condescending but did a good job explaining and not mansplaining. Lol

I went in late this week for an oil change, which by itself was done expeditiously, the service advisor Jose informed me that I needed a repair that he was going to try fixing under my warranty. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for several years now with no plans to change.
My fiance and I went in yesterday to try and get a car he wanted and we spent about 7 hours sitting down at the dealership with Amber going through paperwork and everything, her and her other coworkers Jose, and Joe tried everything they could to get us into the car we originally went in to try and get just to leave when they closed with no car. The selection of new Nissan Kicks SV model crossovers was good. Our salesman, showed us just what we needed in a crossover. He was the best and very polite.

Took my Leaf in for alignment and discovered the tires were worn to a dangerous level. Was advised the car wasn't safe to drive and was given a free rental to use so I wouldn't have to miss work the next day. They had to order the tires for delivery the following day. I picked up my Leaf after work the next day with new tires and alignment service completed. So impressed and grateful by/for this level of service. Thank you guys/gals so much. God bless all of you.
